It took a trade to the final pick of the day but Minnesota got it's one pick in and added a couple more in the process. The 102nd selection matched a real significant need so that's progress.

He will walk off the plane as a back-up corner at worst and depending how he handles the workouts between now & training camp could be running with the ones by day 1 of camp. Hopefully that's a result of him being the best of a resurgent group and not just being the newest, youngest face in a group that deserves to play in Canada.
