Draft workout season has only just begun but during their their time in Texas and Alabama both Cam Miller & Grey Zabel were distinguished for what they showed during the practices and the game scenarios. Speculation will continue to run rampant until April but creating buzz is the best way to earn the security of a selection and each improved his standing for the League.

It wasn't all rainbows for the brand as both of the basketball teams dropped opportunities against SDSU. With just over a month until Sioux Falls the chase for top-two seeding gets that much steeper, with the men now in fourth while the women are in a three-team clomp with the Rabbits and ORU. The setback came after Abbie Draper was named Performer of the Week.

Football took it's own loss as Randy Hedburg will be "retiring." No doubt that he will be dramatically reducing his workload but going from 100 to 0 seems far-fetched, so the quotation marks will remain.

It was also a mixed-bag sort of week for the Wolves. Anthony Edwards was named an All-Star for the third time and they continued to show some signs of rounding into the form that Tim Connelly & Chris Finch might have envisioned at the time of the trade.

Then they got bit by the injury bug a couple more times.

So now we will get to see what much more of the roster is capable of doing on the court.

A little further out, Minnesota State C&T men's basketball has had a two-loss run, earning them the 10th ranking in the country.

The Fargo Force continued a middle-of-the-pack season with a pair of losses before securing one win as they continue reside on the wrong side of the mid line. With 11 home dates remaining over the two months yet to be played, they may be able to do some leap frogging in the standings but each time out will have that much more weight to it.
