All the work that I've done on trying to get a grip of the Vikings probable roster for the season can been examined at http://thepurplebizon.blogspot.com.

For a quick run down, this is how I think the roster will break down come tonight. Several names yet to be determined but it's a nice 53 man roster to defend the division title, if I do say so myself!

If my inclusion of "other" players is annoying, well I only got five hours of sleep last night and I'm hitting a wall right now so it's the best I can do.

http://www.dailynorseman.com/ has already been reporting many of the cuts that have happened and will be a good place to find the roster and practice squad once each group goes final and for various other Vikings chatter.

What do you think? Which names do you think should go in the "other" slots? Quarterback is definitely the most glaring position right now but many other decisions and move to be made in the next few hours.

The quarterback question's been answered - Sam Bradford. With what was given up, he'll start most of the season - if he can stay healthy. I think Shaun will still be the game one starter while Bradford learns the playbook. Good addition!
